Transfer Policies For Student Pass Holders

  1. Students are to get clearance from the Librarian. Accounts Officer and the Academic Director. This is to ensure that the student’s dues are fully settled.
  2. Students should obtain a Release Form from the school to perform an official termination from the school.
  3. The student has to approach the Centre Manager of the school for the cancellation for his/her student pass. He/she has to submit her official ‘Release Form’ to the Centre Manager, along with his/her student pass, passport and all other relevant documents.
  4. The school will handle the transfer for the student. This is to ensure that the current student pass the student is holding under the BMC Academy is cancelled by the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority.
  5. Within 3 working days, we will collect the student’s passport from the ICA and contact the student to collect his/her passport from the school.
