Terms & Conditions
- All applications must be accompanied with fees payable upon registration.
- Admission to course will be at the sole discretion of the Academic Board of the BMC International College.
- BMC International College offers tuition on a ‘per course basis’ and not based on numbers of hours of instruction.
- Foreign students are not allowed to defer courses.
- The course fee is paid on a semester basis and the fee for each semester must be paid at least three days before the commencement of the semester.
- The student will be liable for all legal work incurred in recovering late or non-payment of fees on an indemnity basis. In the event of such legal action taken by the BMC International College against you, the school reserves the right to claim the full amount due from the student in one payment.
- Request for course withdrawal must be made in writing. Any request for withdrawal from the course through telephone class will not be entertained. All registration, administration and sponsorship fees paid to the BMC International College are not refundable. Only the paid course fee is refundable based on the following conditions show on the following page.

| 100% | If written notice of withdrawal is received more than 60 days before the commencement of the course. |
| 75% | If written notice of withdrawal is received more than 30 days to 60 days before the commencement of the course. |
| 25% | If written notice of withdrawal is received less than 30 days to 1 day before the commencement of the course. |
| 10% | If written notice of withdrawal is given from the 1st day to the 14th day after the course commencement. This also applies to students who defer and subsequently withdraw from the programme. |
| 0% | If written notice of withdrawal is given more than 14 days after the course commencement. |
