Microsoft WORD

The Basics course which covers basic level skills to work with documents such as letters, forms, and newsletters. The user will acquire fundamental concepts and skills, building on this foundation as they continue to increase their productivity to apply creative features and enhance various documents.

By the end of the course you will be able to create, edit, format, save and print a wide range of well-presented documents.

Intermediate – Creating and Formatting Tables

The Intermediate level course which covers skills to work with business documents such as creating and formatting tables, working with objects and using newspaper columns. The user will acquire intermediate level concepts and skills, as they continue to increase their productivity to apply creative features and enhance various documents.

Microsoft EXCEL

The Basics Microsoft Excel course is meant for beginners to get a good understanding of Excel. Our powerful training programme is designed as an interactive Hands-on session, in which our participants are skillfully trained in examining, entering, saving and retrieving excel files, etc.

The Intermediate level Microsoft Excel Course is meant for beginners to get a good understanding of Excel. Our powerful training programme is designed as an interactive Hands-on session, in which our participants are skillfully trained in creating formula, graphs, using different functions like dates, time and numeric in a worksheet, etc.

Microsoft POWERPOINT

After completing this PowerPoint training course, you will gain fundamental knowledge and skills to be able to create and deliver professional PowerPoint presentations that explain the key points of your message through the use of text, graphics, and animations.

MS Access (Introduction to Table, Forms & Reports)

The Ms Access is meant for beginners to get  a Basic understanding of  Database knowledge. Our powerful training programme is designed as an interactive Hands-on session, in which our participants are trained in Create Table, Forms & Reports.

This Internet class will able to get knowledge on URLs, Emails & Web browsing.

Open and examine components of the screen

Create, edit and save a new document

Execute commands using the menu, toolbar and shortcut menus

Use ‘Find and Replace’ to quickly update the document

Correct a document with spell checking and grammar checking

Use of font styles to document, increase or decrease font size, colour and background colour

Adjust paragraph settings such as tabs, indentation, alignment, line spacing

Create numbered and bulleted lists

Print option in the document

Create and format tables

Insert and delete rows or columns in a table

Modify table structure, merge and split cells

Insert symbols, graphics, including Clip Art, Smart Art Graphics

How to use Layout margins, orientation and columns

Insert Watermark, apply borders to the document

Insert header and footer sections, bookmarks and links

Insert shapes and text boxes, Drop cap

View in read mode, outline view and web page layout view
