Master Escrow Agreement
Introduction
CaseTrust for education in accordance with CaseTrust requirements. BMC Academy has put inplace the Student tuition fee account (ESCROW) which ensures the tuition fees paid by the students through the school is left in the custody of a reputated financial institution which will administer the payment of fees to the school. This measure has been introduced to protect student’s interest in the event that the school is unable to continue operation due to insolvency, regulatory closure or inability to pay penalties/refund of fees to students arising from judgments made against it by the duly constituted courts in Singapore.
Case Approved Student Contract
The CASE approved student contract is a legally binding contract between BMC Academy and its student. It incorporates the following mandatory requirements;
- Clear definition of course details including course title, course duration, entry requirements and qualifications awarded.
- Committed to Student Protection Scheme by Student Tuition Fee Account
- Full details of all cost for Tuition and Non- tuition Fee
- Clear definition of Refund policy covering - refunds in the event courses failed to commence and end on time, - time frame for student initiated withdrawal from the course.
- Dispute resolution mechanisms.
